Anoushka is a psychologist who is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. She believes clients are the experts in their own lives and aims to provide a safe, supportive environment where they feel comfortable exploring their experiences and building on their existing strengths.
Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual, drawing on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Where appropriate, Anoushka also explores the influence of past experiences and socio-cultural factors, recognising the important role they can play in shaping emotional wellbeing and current patterns.
