- Cancellations/Reschedules between 48-24 working hrs = half fee
- Cancellations/Reschedules less than Less than 24 working hours = full fee
- Including DVA clients
For example, if you need to cancel a Monday appointment, you must notify us by the previous Thursday. If cancelling a Wednesday appointment, you must notify us by Monday.
